SUCCESS STORIES
Development of Educational and Training Programs with the support of Experts.
Academy 2019 to 2023: 600+ University students graduated with knowledge in SMT. In 2024, it is expected to close with 350 students.
Academy: Since 2023 we are equipping six SMT laboratories in Universities in Ciudad Juárez.
Industry: Course for SMT Technicians and Engineers, 150+ total between Juárez, Chihuahua and Honduras. SMT Course for Beginners 2023-2024, 60 persons.
Academy: In October 2024, 40 teachers from two high schools in Ciudad Juarez will be trained in soft skills, SMT and semiconductors so that they can in turn train their students.
Industry: We have a WhatsApp group in Ciudad Juarez for real-time technical support where nearly 400 SMT industry professionals participate.
2022, we got the support of the Ministry of Public Education of México. 2023, we achieved the opening of the Monterrey Chapter. 2024 the SMTA HQ approved the extension of the Juarez Chapter to New México. We are working on creating the Tijuana Chapter.
